Asian Spiced Peanuts
Peanuts are an essential part of many Asian dishes, but make for a great snack by themselves.

- Serves: Makes 9 servings (⅓ cup per serving)
3 cups (750 mL) dry-roasted, unsalted peanuts

1 tbsp (15 mL) ground ginger
1 tbsp (15 mL) garlic powder

Bake in centre of oven for 7-10 minutes. Remove peanuts from the oven and break apart with a spatula. Cool in pan. Store in an airtight container.
