No-Sugar Added Peanut Butter Banana and Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients
Smoothie
1 tbsp (15 mL) peanut butter |
1 large frozen ripe banana, diced |
1 tsp (5 mL) flax |
2 tsp (10 mL) unsweetened cocoa powder |
½ cup (125 mL) skim milk |
½ cup (125 mL) plain Greek yogurt |
Directions
Add everything to a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
