No-Sugar Added Peanut Butter Banana and Chocolate Smoothie

This peanut butter-based smoothie packs fibre, protein and healthy fats - the perfect combo to keep you full until your next meal. Plus, this recipe is gluten free, and includes no artificial sweeteners or added sugars.

1 tbsp (15 mL) peanut butter
1 large frozen ripe banana, diced
1 tsp (5 mL) flax
2 tsp (10 mL) unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup (125 mL) skim milk
½ cup (125 mL) plain Greek yogurt


Add everything to a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
