Peanut Butter Mousse
This will be your new favourite indulgence. Perfectly peanutty, this mousse is smooth and rich in flavour – you’ll want it after every single meal!
- Cooking time: 30 minutes plus cooling time
- Serves: Makes 4 servings
|7 oz (190 g) cream cheese|
|1½ cup (375 mL) peanut butter|
|3 tbsp (45 mL) condensed milk|
|½ cup (125 mL) icing sugar|
|½ cup (125 mL) cream|
|1 tbsp (15 mL) vanilla|
|½ cup (125 mL) peanuts, chopped|
In a food processor, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, condensed milk and confectioner’s sugar until well mixed, pour into a bowl.
Whisk the cream until it holds soft peaks, add vanilla. Fold the cream into the peanut mix, put in a pastry decorating bag and serve in bowls; garnish with chopped peanuts.
